Memoirs, Non-fiction, Poetry, Stories and Spoken Word
LaborFest Writers believes everyone has a story to tell. An afternoon of fiction, nonfiction, poetry and memoir to help awaken the hidden stories within. We will be exploring past histories, our uncertain future, and new changing political landscapes and paradigms reflected in both anti-labor and pro-labor uprisings. The group will present short readings from their own work. Then, a writing exercise will be given on the theme.
